About Me

As an Operations Manager, I leverage my background in both customer experience management at high-growth startups and delivering patient care at hospitals around the world to oversee central support operations and support delivery programs at a nationwide primary care practice. My recent focuses have centered around automating back-end tasks and processes, as well as using AI to deliver our patients relevant education and assistance - both proactively and reactively.
